Perplexity named at least one business in 142 of 152 saved answers (93.4%), OpenAI in 70 of 163 (42.9%), Anthropic Claude in 0 of 164 (0.0%), and Gemini in 63 of 64 (98.4%, Gemini answered on fewer days, so it has its own denominator).

Day to day, the business named most often in an engine's answer changed from one day to the next (counted over consecutive-day pairs) in 85 of 125 for Perplexity, 26 of 34 for OpenAI and 26 of 37 for Gemini. Anthropic Claude has no consecutive-day pairs to compare in this record. In this record the engines behave very differently: some name a business in most answers and some in few or none, and the business at the top changes from day to day on several of them. That is why each engine is checked separately and by date.
